We believe that seeing a counselor for life’s stressors should be as natural as going to the doctor for an injury. At Life Evolved, we strive to create a safe, compassionate, authentic and caring environment where the clinician works with the client to make empowered decisions. We assist individuals in recognizing the strengths that may be laying dormant within them. By awakening these strengths and gifts, we equip them with the tools they need to improve their own quality of life.

Meet Your Clinician
Just like you, I’ve been through my own situations and experiences that have shaped who I am, be it good or bad. With my education and approach, my goal is to help cultivate you into the best version of yourself. We will travel through many emotional highs and lows, moments of discomfort and even fear. In those moments, I’m going to ask for you to continue to fight for yourself, and your right to finally be happy. This journey won’t be easy, but it is necessary for you to receive your healing. With me, you won’t have to walk this portion of the journey alone.
